Description

The MST1694KC-B is a fast switch-off intelligent rectifier for flyback converters with integrated 100V MOSFETs.

It can provide higher efficiency than  diode  rectifiers. The forward  voltage drop of the internal  switch tube can be adjusted to 40mV

and the switch tube can be turned off before the drain-source voltage is reversed.

It is suitable for applications in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant mode (QR) and continuous conduction  mode

(CCM).

The MST1694KC-B is packaged in SOP-8.
